After School Club( Adult audience)

This is a slide from the After School Club after changing. I've change the audience for the presentation and make it different. This one is for teacher, so the view is a lot different. Each audience have a specific way of viewing things. Adult tense to look at more words, less picture, less color, less waky font, and a photograph is better than cartoon. This slide show is suitable for adult because it has very limit amount of color and distraction, lot of words, and a simple font.

Know how to give constructive(helpful) feedback.

While giving feedback to friends or someone else works, post or comment on social network; it's always a great idea to think before you write and post any feedback. Also, usually constructive feedback are feedback that tell the writter exactly what is right or wrong about their work. It just not simply like "good", "I like it", or "It should be better". You have to tell exactly what do you mean, and how to improve it or keep on making progress with it. Your feedback don't need to be extremely, and it should not be. Just keep it simple, tell if you like it or not, then explain briefly why. Don't use bad language in the feedback, comment is a way to help people improve, not to show them that you hate them. There is a lot of way to create a constructive feedback, but the main point is don't use inapropriat language, and try your best to explain what you mean.
